At Esteem Supported Living we are committed to protecting all vulnerable individuals in our care and those who are supported by our services. We promote a safe, open and transparent culture to enable everyone to express themselves freely and share any concerns.

Our management team have over 40 years’ experience within the health and social care sector and are adept at dealing with a range of issues and challenges We have robust policies and procedures regarding the management of our accommodation and services and safeguarding of our service users. However, we are always trying to find innovative ways to improve training and our practice and such, safeguarding is a standing agenda item at Director’s meetings.

Our staff are highly skilled and experienced professionals, who undergo rigorous training and subscribe to our company values to continually be responsive, act with integrity and uplift every individual. Whilst we wholeheartedly believe that safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility; we have a safeguarding lead with a high level of competence that promotes safeguarding principles throughout the organisation and a regulation team to regularly review policies and offer retraining. In addition, we have close links to local safeguarding teams. This enables us not only to provide a safe and effective service, but also to make a great difference within our wider community.
